MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be be asked to confirm your order before being taken to a Secure Payment Server.

We accept credit card & Pay Pal payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. 

Shipping And Handling

All orders received will be shipped to arrive the first day before you hire period, either by Courier or Royal Mail.
Delivery Charges are included in the hire price. The Delivery charge is actually your deposit which is subsequently refunded on return of the item in satisfactory condition. Basket summary will confirm when an item is added, also in the Check out page and finally on the Secure Payment page.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE & CANCELLATION

All orders received will be shipped to arrive the first day before you hire period, either by Courier or Royal Mail.

Collect from Warehouse

We will hold your order at our Bournemouth warehouse until collection one day before, or on the the first day of your hire. If you do not collect the items we will hold until the last day of hire then offer for hire once again. Refunds will only be offered if we are given 24 hours of notice before the stated start time of hire

RETURNS POLICY

Wetsuits For Hire is committed to the highest level of customer service we offer a grace period 2-3 days after your hire to allow for the drying and return of hired items. The cost of postage and subsequent insurance if you choose to take it, falls on you the customer. We recommend 2nd class to sign for through Royal Mail. Tracking facilities are a great idea to ensure we can trace the item should it not arrive.
